SWASTI In Action
As an organisation which aims to work towards the Social Welfare and Sustenance, as it could be inferred from its name; we have made it our mission to take the small steps collectively in order to assure the fullest of the desired output. The Social Welfare and Sustenance Trust, India is a organisation working as the steadfast promoter of the holistic growth of each section in the society. As the grass-roots workers the stakeholders at SWASTI have collectively identified some key areas upon which the activities of the Trust should focus on the initial stage.
To ensure comprehensive development of a community, multifaceted and multidimensional factors are to be employed, as such the Trust has identified considering the present scenario to work on the Improvement of Education Quality, Ensuring Sound Mental and Physical Wellbeing and Creating Income-generating opportunities for those who need. The three working parameters have been allocated a specific name "Pareeshikshan", "Asmita" and "Swadheen" respectively; each devised in a way that it increases the target achievement efficiency.
Our Projects
PAREESHIKSHAN
The 'Pareeshikshan' has been attributed the motto "विद्या परमं बलम" by identifying that the knowledge is the supreme power. The project aims to work for the availability and accessibility of education to everyone; with a special focus to the Elderly and the children.
ASMITA
Present modern day and age see the worsening state of mental health of many, which is arguably the biggest challenge faced by our society. In the present scenario the psyche of many suffer a great turmoil and as such with the axiom "यत् भावो – तत् भवति", this project aims for the better healthy mind for all.
SWADHEEN
For ensuring that 'no one is left behind' it becomes very much imperative to see that every one is able to sustain themselves. Thus, as the name "Swadheen" suggests 'to be self dependent'; this programme focuses to ensure people have the opportunity to be self-sufficient.
